Delivery is free for orders S$80 and above. If your order falls below S$80, there will be a delivery charge of S$5. This fee will be added to your order at time of checkout. {Tip: if your order don’t quite qualify for the free delivery, why not add on an extra bag of treats or a toy to get your order delivered for free. You’ll save yourself the fee and get a little something extra for your dog - they’ll love you for it!}

We deliver within 3-4 working days upon order confirmation. Should any of our goods be unavailable after order confirmation and payment, we will contact you and let you know immediately to decide the next course of action.

Please try to be available at the specified delivery date and time or have someone home to receive it. In the event that no one is present to receive the delivery, we will contact you to request for further instructions on how to proceed.

No, we do not ship outside of Singapore, and do not offer international shipping.

We do not have any retail stores currently however you can visit us at our warehouse @ No. 18 Sin Ming Lane #04-07 Midview City Singapore 573960.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you will need to let us know within 7 days of the delivery of the order by writing to us at order@https://www.paradisepet.com.sg or contact us at 62565525.

We will exchange the product if:

  • it was delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date
  • it has a manufacturer’s defect
  • the wrong product was delivered

Should any of our goods be unavailable after order confirmation and payment, we will call you and let you know immediately. You can choose to get a refund on the unavailable product, or you may decide to wait for the product to come in or select an alternative one. If an alternative product is selected and there is a price difference to the original product, you will need to pay the increment, or if it is lower, we will refund you the difference.

Paradise Pet accepts Paynow, Credit card, or cash on delivery payment. 

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email. If for whatever reason, we cannot process your order, we will contact you on the phone number you have provided us.

No we do not sell live animals.
